ARTICLES OF INCORPORTION, STATE OF IA OF 1956

ARTICLE III

Qualification of membership in this association shall be as follows: Any qualified voter of Kossuth County is a member of this association and entitled to all rights and privileges.

The voters in turn are directed by the Kossuth County Agricultrual Association Fair Board of Directors. This in turn allows any qualified voter a say in what they would like to see at the fair, give suggestions, help at the fair, and supports all of the county 4-H/FFA members and all members of the county that would like to utilize the fairgrounds for various activites.

The fairgrounds is used by various groups from the Methodist men with the Nativity Scene, Farm Safety camps in the spring and fall, circus fund raiser, county sheriff's to do educational bus re-enactments, drug re-enactments and various other educational benefits to our county.

Let's make this upcoming 150th Kossuth County Fair a county effort that will encompass all our communities. Lots of buildings that are in despair and would like a little TLC, possibly labor is all we need in some areas, others would need a monetary donation. No ideas will be turned away.
